We all have an affinity for foods that aren't so healthy for us. Yes, I'm talking about processed foods like processed baked goods, cookies, crackers, chips, and sugar-filled cereal, etc. They don't do anyone any good, whether on a diet or not. The best thing to do is not bring it into the house. Instead, stock your refrigerator with fruit and vegetables. Cut up veggies ahead of time and put into containers for easy snacking. Put a fruit bowl onto your kitchen table or counter top. Grapes are great frozen. Put some in the freezer and grab as needed for a sweet treat. Frozen fruit is great to have on hand for smoothies and other things. Just make sure it's pure frozen fruit with no sugar added. Once you get into these habits, you and your family will be successful.
